2. Tarot Reading & Reiki Healing Services

• No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of tarot reading and reiki healing services, which are personalized and intangible, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked and paid for. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to arrange a new time.

3. Tarot Reading Training

• Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment in a tarot reading training course more than 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Refunds: No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or for participants who do not attend the course.

4. Spell Candles & White Magic Ritual Products

• Returns: You may return unused and unopened spell candles and white magic ritual products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
